He has a stellar track record of providing valuable counsel and managing complex regulatory environments, sustainability strategy and climate-related financial risk, reputational risk and multi-jurisdictional compliance issues in such diverse industries as financial services, mining and energy. His specialties include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, transaction structuring and ESG.
Highly regarded by his peers, he has earned numerous distinctions, including Canada’s General Counsel of the Year, was named one of Canada’s Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers, and is included among the Legal 500’s GC PowerList.
