Recognized as a results-driven change strategist, Tracie is responsible for the operational strategy, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the firm.
With more than 25 years of experience as a change leader, Tracie has demonstrated her ability to unite people, transform corporate cultures and achieve desired business results through her distinct vision and approach to planning and implementing organizational change.
Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Tracie was the Chief Operating Officer at another leading national law firm in Canada, where she oversaw a multi-year transformation program to introduce a new service delivery model, and apply technology solutions and process redesign to drive collaboration, innovation, efficiency and culture change.
A Certified Director, Tracie currently sits on the Advisory Board of Alexa Translations, AECO Innovation Labs, Embassy Ingredients Ltd, The Prosperity Project, Spinach Pay Inc, and is a former Board member of Element Nutritional Science, YAPPN, the Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union, the Housing Services Inc., and the GMAC Residential Funding of Canada Limited.
Tracie supports the advancement of women to leadership positions as an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Co-founder of SEED HHN, has chaired both Network and Mentoring for Canadian YPO’s Women’s International Network (WYN). As a result of a partnership between Facebook’s COO Sheryl Sandberg and YPO’s WYN, Tracie was selected as one of 60 YPO global Lean In Champions to help women realize their goals.
